The best way I've found to describe it is, the louder someone professes to being moral, the more you should question their morality. Why do they feel the need to constantly assert their morality?

I took ONE look at that man's eyes in 2015, and immediately disavowed him. Proud to say it too, and I held my nose for 5 years. But the man stinks, and I honestly have no clue as to why the prez picked him.

He came highly recommended by Priebus and Manifort. I researched it.

My distrust started in earnest when he encouraged Trump to push out Flynn for doing what he’s supposed to be doing. I’m a Christian and even I could sense something awry with this Judas. He was just waaay to complimentary to Trump and was acting like Covid was really a naturally occurring virus and not a covert CIA operation.

He’s going to have some answering to do on Judgement Day. Pity his soul.

I would wager a lot of it was optics on behalf of Trumps team. Trump was always seen as a shoot from the hip kind of man, still is judging from the tweets prior to being censored.

Pence had the appearance of calm next to Trumps storm.

I could understand the logic
