Yup I get that - and I've felt that way too. But then i would have to accept that Trump did all this work and is willing to abandon it. So I am choosing to believe he's playing the showman, working the optics, doing his Sun Tzu shit and is going to go down fighting. Might I be wrong? Sure. If I was, the worst thing I'm guilty of is trusting in my POTUS until the absolute end - after he stood in the gap and took every shot they had just to protect me. If so, I can live with that.
