It is your right to be sceptical. It is as easy as going to the WinRed page, then click on the "Visit WinRed support" and then click the green button that says "Contact the Support Team"... Then fill in your info: name and last name, last 4 digits of the card you used, date and amount of the donation & comment.
If you donated any money through WinRed, I suggest you do the same thing. When it starts hurting their pockets, maybe they will start paying attention.
