I agree. He has an obligation to uphold the US Constitution. Just because everyone else has failed to keep their oath, doesn't mean that he will. In fact he would be breaking his oath if he were to let this pass. The one thing that is obvious is that election fraud was rampant and designed. If the states changed their election laws without the state legislature's approval then the electoral votes are null and void. This happened not only in the swing states but many others as well. Virtually all the states violated Federal Election laws that pertain to Presidential elections, some of them blatantly. The US Constitution is on Trumps side and Trumps job is to enforce it.
This is correct. The executive executes. If he lets them get away with this, he has failed to execute the laws of the land and thus failed his constitutional duty. He will not fail his duty.
