This isnt a movie. If it were, the good guys would almost certainly pull off some triumphant last second move, but this is real life, and trump has been boxed in by traitors to the American people from all sides, in all intelligence agencies, in both major parties, by the house and senate, by the courts, and even by many law enforcement agencies and quite possibly military brass. The only way he has to resume leadership is through a bloody mess in the nations capital, and thats a wound that wont heal for many generations.
