I called Pence a traitor on the 6th but now I don't see him as a true enemy of POTUS. Call it Hopium or whatever I don't see Trump reacting the way he is if Pence was a true traitor.

Here are the possible reasons and my thoughts.

  1. It's possible Trump is just sick of things and just wants to leave quietly - high unlikely Trump will never leave an enemy go quietly
  2. Trump is afraid of the 25th - again unlikely because they need more of the cabinet and its hard to sell it to more than half they country
  3. Pence made a side deal with Trump - POTUS has sacrificed too much to take a deal at this point - if Pence screwed him he would go out screaming about it 4)Trump doesn't have social media - he could have always called up OAN or other resources to get the message out or use his many surrogates
  4. It wouldn't be "Presidential" - Trump has shown that as President whatever he does IS presidential
  5. Pence did his part - this one is looking more and more likely - Trump is the only POTUS to actually participate in WWE and a big Sun Tzu guy how else would you expect him to take down the enemy

We are all trusting that Trump has a card up his sleeve, otherwise the lack of communication and action since the 6th will be viewed as a huge betrayal.

Biden hasn't been seated yet. Hold the line.

I don't think President Trump betrayed us, my dude. I think he earned a break.

When he spoke to the troops today and they didn't cheer for him, Pence didn't seem to feel a pang of remorse that a traitor would have. That, or he's very good at hiding his emotions.

So you are going with #3 - side deal with Pence. How does that make any sense. Pence has zero power if he leaves office - he doesn't even have a congressional seat how can he jail Trump or prevent Trump from being jailed?

Why would trump publicly be upset at him, it’s just asking for media drama. I’m sure he’s yelled the fuck out of him by now.

Skepticism before the 6th could have been a misdirect. I have to think Flynn has taught him how to play the spooks against themselves using his intel of military operations.
