No, it looks like less small businesses (that can't afford to develop these for a single store location), more people on welfare (dependent on the state for everything and therefore helpless against tyranny), and more profits for big business.
And we need to make sure immigrants get at least 20 per hour so we dont take advantage of POC, especially if we are to be discussing 11 million new citizens, we want to make sure each and every one is treated fairly with at least 20 per hour.
Even worse, it removes the incentive to do harder work like laboring for 16$/hr ish, because you could be a burger flipper for 15$/hr and get tips at a restaurant.
I’ve seen and been apart of this shit first hand; I worked at Target on the sales floor making $11.25/hr with a steady 40 hours a week. Shit you not; when Target introduced the $13/hr minimum wage within the company my hours were cut by half. Was literally averaging 15-20 hours a week. It sounds great on paper but it doesn’t really mean much. It’s all a fucking fasaad.
15 min wage only works when its not a statewide thing. We had a problem in my old town where companies were trucking in workers from the ghetto on the other side of the mountain. Starting to make the town look bad. So they upped the min wage and those workers immediately were left on the other side of the mountain and the local high school kids could get jobs again. On a statewide level though you have no neighboring town to flush the ghetto out to. Not all democrat policies are what they seem. Some are southern democrat policies designed to keep things in balance. Doing this on a nationwide level is even worse idea.
Profit margins of businesses have increased, cost of living has increased, yet earnings have increased at a much slower rate since the 60s.
Yes people need to work for their money and co tribute to a society. That doesnt mean they should have to do so eating only ramen.
The ultra conservative stance on this is meant to mask the very problem I explain here. 12 bucks and hour would be more reasonable but a significant increase to worker wages is due.
So you're going to use someone else's work without even proving here that you even understand it yourself? Do you have the knowledge to refute what I said or are you another dumb hick just repeating what his huntin' buddies told him.
Ok retard I done usually mention this but I have a degree in finance and I’m in Mensa. You can call me a lot of things but a stupid hick is not one of them.
You’re asking me to explain to you economic theory in a paragraph and that’s not possible. The fact that you expect that shows even more that you have no idea what you’re talking about. Milton Friedman has hours upon hours of videos that you should watch. Or you could just continue to be financially illiterate. It makes me no difference. Or just start a business. You’ll learn fast.
Dumb hick confirmed. Still skirts around everyone of my facts under the guise of "not being able to explain economic theory in a paragraph". In reality you yourself dont have understanding and are a fraud. I'm pretty sure you're probably in some Chinese knockoff of Mensa that accepts IQs under 90. I feel sorry for any financial clients that you have been able to smokescreen into thinking you have any wit whatsoever.

That's what they want.
LEFTYS are too stupid to get this. YOU think the big businesses are stupid? They will automate and cut your job in a heartbeat.
I just love touching disgusting panels thousands of other people have touched while I wait to go pick up some really disgusting and unhealthy food.
$15 will lift 1 million out of poverty. Never mind the 1.3 million jobs list.
And we need to make sure immigrants get at least 20 per hour so we dont take advantage of POC, especially if we are to be discussing 11 million new citizens, we want to make sure each and every one is treated fairly with at least 20 per hour.
Make that 14 million. There are new caravans coming from central america as we speak. How many do you think will be "relocated" in red states?
Need to make sure employers dont take advantage, need 15 dollar per hour minimum wage, for agricultural workers as well.
100%

maybe they finally get my order right.

No my friend, this is what $15/hr min wage looks like. The unemployment levels for blacks will be through the roof.

Not only that, it just increases the size of the lowest class. You think everyone making $15/hr will go to $30/hr? Because I don't.

This is a retarded take and it’s clear you have never started or operated a business.
Ok. How is this a retarded take?
Start watching some Milton Friedman videos.

I’m self employed.
