A report on election interference with no details of election interference....?

Just because there are no details in the letter doesn’t mean Ratcliffe doesn’t have the info. Maybe he doesn’t want the info out in the open. The fact that he released a document confirming China interference is already huge..why would he release the letter in the first place?
