Before going to DC, got a negative on antibody test (going back 3 months), when I got back I got a PCR test negative, but quarantined still, got another negative test recently. What does this signify?

My thoughts are that this shatters narratives told, either I was immune permanently or the virus isn’t that contagious, since there were millions present.

I also took vitamin D everyday, could be that it killed off the virus easily or that I was immune
