People always freak out with me because I actually work at Walmart but, not FOR Walmart. (merchandiser/vender) So, when I'm working, I wear one of those clear visors. When I'm a shopper, I don't. If they approach me about a mask I simply say, "I don't work here and, I'm not working". No one says boo after that.

You pretty much have to just say you're disabled-- that's it. They can't ask you about your disability.
It's similar to if you have a service animal and need to shop or stay at a hotel/motel-- they can ask if it's a service animal and what service does the animal provide. That's it (and that's only if the disability isn't overt).

Alabama, Big Jim Folsom, passes no masks in public to combat the Klan. This is real law as opposed to a mandate or guideline.
