Curious why big tech skips the number 9 on product releases sometimes?
Iphone 9 never happened... Windows 9 never happened...
Do they not like 9s cause they are upside down 6s?
Is that their numerological weakness or something?

I think it's a coordinated effort to make us think in a disjointed manner. The way User Interface Design has suffered over the years is a perfect example. Smart phone is favored over Desktop interfaces. Companies know this and just have some guy from India code an app as a front end to their site that barely functions.
It's intentional. The purposeful dumbing down of the populace.
