From the pre-election excitement of the Trump trains and the election night red wave, to the confusion of the following week. Then through the ups and downs of evidence revelation and suppression. Then watching the rapid ramp up of hatred towards us for asking for help with election fraud. The high of the morning of Jan 6 to the utter confusion of that afternoon. Quickly changing to the outright banning of us on so many platforms. Labeling Patriots as traitors, loss of livelihoods and life. We’ve experienced the range of emotions.

But one interesting things has changed for me. I’ve lost almost all interest in movies, social media, and really anything else that “feels fake”.

I’m wanting only to spend time with friends and family, or sit outside and simply bbq. We play board games again, and go for drives. This country has been good to me. I want to be good to it again.

Thank you to the frens here and especially to DJT for giving us real-life red pills but also hope to wash them down.

Our new objective in this changed society is to FIND EACH OTHER. Don't be afraid to mention that you STILL support President Trump. You'll be surprised by just how many pedes there are out there. I was afraid to bring it up, for fear I'd be an outcast among the social circles that still exist to me during this time. Turns out... they were ALL feeling the same way, and ALL of us are supporters of President Trump. Funny how that works.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO FIND OTHERS WHO BELIEVE THE SAME WAY THAT YOU DO - IT MATTERS SO MUCH TO HAVE PEOPLE TO TALK TO DURING THESE TIMES.

I feels you fren. Can't bring myself to watch sports either with no fans in the seats and headlines about players on Covid protocol lists.

And BLM awoke crap on the field and kneeling during the anthem. And I was the biggest sports junkie too.

It's all white noise to me now. All I see is: stickball, advanced stickball, 12 man ball show, ball and rounded stick, ball in water sport.

Old habits die hard, I did watch some college ball, but less emotion on wins and looses, and no plans on ever being in a stadium or arena again. Maybe a rodeo.

Great post. And I totally relate...especially the part of losing all interest in movies, etc. It's like once you see certain things, there's just no going back. You just can't enjoy them the same.

When you finally see that so much (SO much) of everything we watch, play, listen to, etc. etc. etc. is nothing more than a rancid tool that the left uses to brainwash people, it changes you...permanently.At least it did me.It's mindblowing.

On the rare occasion when I do try and watch something, etc., as soon as a "star" appears that I know has putrid politics, morality, etc.I just don't want to see it anymore, and I almost always just turn it off.

It used to make me sad that I can't enjoy that stuff the same anymore. That I can't just look at a tv show as just that-a tv show. The same with movies and all entertainment. But I wouldn't change it for the world, because i've been seeking out more meaningful ways to connect with my real friends and my family-Like you playing board games.I now play cards with my folks at least once a week, while we drink good coffee and listen to oldies music. And I wouldn't trade it for the world.

The last three months I’ve watched people gleefully celebrating Americans losing their rights because of their political beliefs. They all know this election was stolen and they feel justified in it. I’m so embarrassed for these people that they can’t see how ugly it makes them.

What do you do when everyone in your life is an anti-Trumper?

JoePCool14 4 points ago +4 / -0

Work on self-improvement, find some genuine hobbies, see if you can try and meet some new frens, and most importantly, spend some time getting to know the Almighty God.

90s kids had it best. Growing up in the late 80s through the 90s? A care free world, before 9/11 set us on the the fast track to clown world.

I just want that for my kids, and I’m sad it will likely never be.

TheRealBuddyB 4 points ago +4 / -0

Most of us 90s kids are adept at the new technological world, but at the same time remember what it was like to grow up playing outside.

We had it good, perhaps a little too good. In many ways I feel like it's up to that generation to save America. (Although ultimately it's gonna take all of us)

Very well said! I think you describe half of America with this. As for entertainment, I wholeheartedly agree. The fact that woke culture killed all of the old franchises we loved (Star Wars, Star Trek, Dr. who, etc., etc. Not everyone was a fan of all, but they’ve all been ruined. Add to that that most of the stars of those franchises and ‘movie star idols’ we used to look up to have come out against everything we believe (Americana), the illusion is now shattered. Disney and even Mark Hamill have ruined even watching the OT, Patrick Stewart and CBS have ruined me ever watching TNG again, on and on... No desire to watch MSM. Even new movies, regardless of genre are woke and check the boxes instead of writing good stories. Today’s writers are in apple of good storytelling because they went through the communist SJW gristmill that is now college. Corporate executives have even ruined corporate America, so that regardless of what you purchase you’re now funding the Great Reset. As you say, the one good thing to come of this clown world shit show is a return to simpler times for half the country. We’re better for it and can thank President Trump. It feels like reality ran out of scripted pages and it’s all spinning off into madness now. MAGA FOREVER!

music groups performing at the "inauguration" that i will never listen to again...bon jovi, foo fighters, fall out boy....and im the same way with TNG and star wars...i can no longer separate the artist from their politics

I feel the same way, all I see now is oh that’s BS that’s psychological subversion, that’s a useful idiot. It has strengthened my resolve at work and in my free time I am starting to laugh and be active again. I walk, swim or dive and I feel alive.

Thanks Trump, frens and Pepe.

wiombims 2 points ago +2 / -0

Do all that. It's wonderful. Just don't forget to stay connected online. You can't and shouldn't withdraw completely from "modern life". More importantly, the people trying to set up new things will need your presence, even if you spend most of your time "irl" and doing the right things enjoying nature and your family. You'll also need to be informed about the things coming down the pike. Don't feel too put off by not finding any new media to consume. There's a lifetime of books, music, comics, tv shows, radio, cinema etc that isn't fake as heck. There are people you can ask about stuff like that. You might actually even find recent things once you unhook from the pop-media stream; authors and artists the mainstream hasn't made you ware of because it doesn't fit their narrative.

Started out a little nervous for your mental health but saw you are doing well.

The best thing we all can do is make sure to rest on our principals. Truth, respect, loyalty, resolve.

The rest is spicy memes and making sure we keep the media in check. The rest is watching the implosion from afar. They will turn on one another in no time. Already are.

Oh white privilege is a call for another holocaust for sure, they're going to need 2-4 years, but they're working really fast. You can't sue them, they can only sue you. It's nuts and a lot of white people support this right now. Somehow this statement is somehow racist, but they're going for ideological genocide for sure and have said crazy stuff like decriminalize trespassing and making it legal to steal if it's a life necessity. So what if someone dies because you stole their coat? End cash bail. NYC, CA, and Chicago were the experiments. They'll make this craziness nationwide for sure.

All the time I'm accused of spreading "alt-right" lies when I quote democrats leaders.

Most forms of Media Entertainment and News dies for me with Pizzagate in 2016. I'll just say it.

There are a few video games I can play with my kids -classics and reboots mostly, I'm extremely picky and it's seldom - but I am sickened by how our lives and minds have been controlled by a colorful screen for decades.

Patriot podcasts and forums like this (and there aren't many) are really the only virtual activity I engage in.

I spend a lot more time outside now. I have chickens, a garden, I force the kids to walk down to the creek and fish with me, or go to local farmers markets and little rodeos in nearby small towns, we go to church activities that 5 years ago I never thought I would, etc...

I feel like i've woken up to what it means to be American. Gotten back to the roots my grandparents planted...

It IS a healthier lifestyle. For the mind, body, and soul.

Can’t watch NFL anymore, not after what they did - dividing us by race. The true hatred of the “United” States by communists, gimmecrats and all the zombies identifying as woke was on full display last fall. Fuck em.
