Reassure, for personal & economic calm
announce Trump no longer prez - That will calm the TDS crowd
Emphasize “constitution provides this process to protect us from attack.”
Emphasize “tangible & finite response, as set forth in the constitution.”
Emphasize “We have interdicted the threat and are restoring normal operation to government, citizens are free to go to work, FEMA centers have been set up to ensure our people are taken care of”
