This response made me greatly appreciate their continued presence as a hosting and registrar company (among other functions). If you're the top-level hosting company you get to make the rules and I'm glad they have a sensible set of rules.
I run an MSP/hosting company and unfortunately my contractual obligations prevent me from hosting anything controversial. I'm hoping after the plandemic is over I'll be able to get back to a normal level of business, but right now it's just me running the entire platform by myself. I've lost every customer except one, they've all gone out of business. I suppose focusing my efforts on being a one-stop shop for small businesses kind of backfired.
If we ever do get back to normal levels of business, I'm hoping I can find a datacenter with colocation facilities that doesn't have such a restrictive AUP in the contract.

We need some of that Trump $$$ to build our own locations.
