I have never seen anything like it. Also, watch the 5th and 6th choppers. The troops are moving slow like they bagged somebody and are bringing them on board. Could be wrong though.
They're probably running drills in case they see violence in the streets. That's also why they have so many troops there as well - they're not expecting an invasion of the capitol itself, but that there might be clashes between National guard / Antifa / Trump supporters in town.
Probably why they also have a spy plane literally doing circles around the city 24/7 atm. They are treating it like a potential war zone.
