"News" anywhere isn't funded by anyone that is doing it for informative or entertainment purposes, it is funded by elites controlling a narrative. And the more wildly sensationalized they can pull it off, the more prominent it is. We are living in a time of weaponized information. Truth may be hard to come by a la 1984.
