If Biden and Kamala are found to be ineligible before the 20th, and Congress has not put someone in place, the Constitution and 20th Amendment are unclear as to what would happen.
The whole thing will be thrown to the SC and finally the evidence will be on display.

12th and 20th have provisions for death of elected candidate prior to inauguration. Also if candidate is disqualified before the 20th at noon. Given enough time, the Dems would have come up with a 'qualified' candidate prior to the 20th and forced the whole thing down our throats.
The law is vague if we get past noon on the 20th without an inauguration. By waiting until the last moments, the SC is forced to take action rather than claiming standing or laches.
If we get to SC, they'll have to hear fraud evidence.
If EO or insurrection act were utilized, it would be under military rule who would hold the election via the military. Everything would go through military courts and tribunals. SC is irrelevant at that point. The military would hold new elections

Jan 20th is the only specific date set by the Constitution for this whole shit show. Getting past the 20th makes a difference.

If Biden and Harris were deemed ineligible to take office then Pelosi would become acting president on the 20th. The only way that would properly fix the problem at that point would be to have a new election which probably would take place in March but that won't happen either. If they were deemed ineligible then Trump would likely step in and either use martial law and either fix it in the courts or have the military handle a new election.
I don't disagree. Just saying if this is the course, it was probably better to wait and not allow them to force some other bullshit before the 20th. You know they'd come up with something, have a fake inauguration and then screech about the duly inaugurated President.

It would definitely demoralize some but that’s why moving forward we need the message and the movement to be our holly grail and not a person. Trump was/is a great cheerleader and very smart but he’s human and we know what humans do.

And if they broke through that wall, they got a visit from the agencies.
