Just a thought: if the EO or insurrection act were utilized earlier, the deep state would have come up with some shit to make sure a leftist candidate was inaugurated on the 20th.

If Biden and Kamala are found to be ineligible before the 20th, and Congress has not put someone in place, the Constitution and 20th Amendment are unclear as to what would happen.

The whole thing will be thrown to the SC and finally the evidence will be on display.

I pray Trump had been playing the long game.

If EO or insurrection act were utilized, it would be under military rule who would hold the election via the military. Everything would go through military courts and tribunals. SC is irrelevant at that point. The military would hold new elections

I'm fine with that. Just wondering if it would be better to not allow them much time before the 20th.

Jan 20th is the only specific date set by the Constitution for this whole shit show. Getting past the 20th makes a difference.
