If Biden and Kamala are found to be ineligible before the 20th, and Congress has not put someone in place, the Constitution and 20th Amendment are unclear as to what would happen.
The whole thing will be thrown to the SC and finally the evidence will be on display.

If Biden and Harris were deemed ineligible to take office then Pelosi would become acting president on the 20th. The only way that would properly fix the problem at that point would be to have a new election which probably would take place in March but that won't happen either. If they were deemed ineligible then Trump would likely step in and either use martial law and either fix it in the courts or have the military handle a new election.
I don't disagree. Just saying if this is the course, it was probably better to wait and not allow them to force some other bullshit before the 20th. You know they'd come up with something, have a fake inauguration and then screech about the duly inaugurated President.
