There is a way better theory than "The Plan" and makes way more sense. He had to leave office because any intervention by him would start Civil War. The military has a code related to a belligerent govt taking control. We will either see things develop fast in next 30 days or just another conspiracy moving goal people stay. Why was Wray meeting with Pence and not the president? Not good.
