There is a way better theory than "The Plan" and makes way more sense. He had to leave office because any intervention by him would start Civil War. The military has a code related to a belligerent govt taking control. We will either see things develop fast in next 30 days or just another conspiracy moving goal people stay. But, I will say this explanation of plan makes way more sense. I listened to it on "x22" rumble
