I think none of them are psy-ops. Why would the CIA being doing psy-ops 2 days before Biden's "inauguration"? They would have already won. Mission accomplished. No reason to keep going.

Everything you've ever seen on TV, read in a paper or heard on the radio is framed with some amount of bias. Some more than others, sure, but it's always there. There's outright lies, there's lying by omission, there's false framing, and sometimes it's a little bit of everything.
The real psy-op is gaining your trust.
