The link you shared said it was a inappropriate video and gave me the option of confirming to watch or not, I been on youtube for over 10 years and never had to confirm anything to watch a video and am not about to start now.....

That sucks. But dig a little in the new section you can find stills. This guy was walked right in with an escort who was chatting rather politely with him during the video.
