If Biden takes the Presidency then Trump has no recourse left; its not like the courts are going to kick the sitting President out of office and hand it to the other guy. How does that argument work - that the Commander in Chief of all US Military 'can't escape' a military tribunal? Who do you imagine is ordering a military tribunal? Is Biden going to order that on himself?

i agree but will at least wait until the 21st to call it. Nothing saves you from military tribunal. Not even a sitting president can escape it.
