If Biden takes the Presidency then Trump has no recourse left; its not like the courts are going to kick the sitting President out of office and hand it to the other guy. At that point people are getting utterly delusional, like the lefties we mocked for 4 years who thought that once the court system finally got Trump, Hillary would ascend.
How does that argument work - that the Commander in Chief of all US Military 'can't escape' a military tribunal? Who do you imagine is ordering a military tribunal? Is Biden going to order that on himself?
Doesn't work like that. So long as the military is given control of the country via 14th amendment. Biden will be walking into the executive branch with almost zero power over the US military. Especially if the military command already has intel of his treason. This is 5th generation warfare we're about to see unfold. The question is did we win or did China. Also there's a reason why Fema is running the show in DC. I'm still only at a 50% chance we won. It's hard to say for sure how this plays out. Flip of a coin Biden wins and America is officially now a 1 party country until the tree is watered.
