How does that argument work - that the Commander in Chief of all US Military 'can't escape' a military tribunal? Who do you imagine is ordering a military tribunal? Is Biden going to order that on himself?
Doesn't work like that. So long as the military is given control of the country via 14th amendment. Biden will be walking into the executive branch with almost zero power over the US military. Especially if the military command already has intel of his treason. This is 5th generation warfare we're about to see unfold. The question is did we win or did China. Also there's a reason why Fema is running the show in DC. I'm still only at a 50% chance we won. It's hard to say for sure how this plays out.
