Don't take this too seriously, I didn't really do any real thought, but what if:

What if the reason we have to wait, is the crime isn't complete yet? What if we have to wait for inauguration for the crime to be completed? Just a shower thought, no substance to back it up.

that is my last bit of hopium. but to be honest, i dont think trump would do this move. he is not the type to call an insurrection act
