I’m honestly perplexed at 25K troops necessary to guard a virtual inauguration. Are people actually showing up to watch in person? Seems way to extreme. I just don’t get it. Still confused as to who activated the troops and ordered them to DC.
There's more troops in place now than BLM can muster for a protest, and if they try to compensate, their efforts will be easily noticed and countered -- and that's before going weapons red

Nancy Pelosi's laptop being stolen is the key. Trump's Capitol protest was well known in advance. It is also well known BLM/Antifa are violent and for hire. So a third party might pay them to whip up some violence at this protest while your agents exfiltrate laptops
