Unfortunately no it isn’t. Political beliefs, despite encompassing all of the protected classes, isn’t in itself a protected class. Like someone can actually fire you and say “it’s because they are conservative” and it would be 100% legal.
Not sure why I got downvoted for stating a fact. I got turned down for a job because I donated to Trump. There was no legal recourse since denying me a position based on my political beliefs is allowed since it’s not a protected trait
