Sadly quite a few constitutional rights are essentially forfeit when you join the service so this is no surprise. However, the potential damage to overall morale and unit cohesion cannot go ignored. In basic we were all taught "there is no race, there is no sex, there is only green." I guess in Biden's America some soldiers are more green than others, and I'm not talking about slick-sleeves.
