So you take your letter to the armored collection site, put your gun in the slot and get a receipt that you can use to show that the things you depend on shouldn't be cut off.
I'm at a loss on how to oppose the tactics, like this, that they will use. They are not going to confront you at your door, they are going to boil the frog using the deep state and Big tech tools they have developed. I'm just extrapolating from what they are doing now. In one year they went from banning Alex Jones to banning Trump.
Currently some firearms providers and platform providers have had financial services blocked and some people are loosing jobs due to having unapproved views. It stands to reason they will ramp these tactics up.
Most families are such that they have loans, accounts, small businesses, health care, kids in school, use utilities, have social media, etc.

I think the likelihood it is collected by big brother is near 100%. What things are acted on is TBD.

I assume the government has all our electronic transactions and all ATF form 4473's. I have heard of agents going into gun shops to record paper copies of the 4473's that they don't have. I assume any that are entered electronically they catalog.
It may be "illegal", but there is probably some deep state lawyer that has signed off on a classified National Security Letter to justify the need. It was supposedly "illegal" to spy on Team Trump, it didn't stop anything.
