There's no such thing as a labor shortage. There's only 'not enough people are willing to work for the price we are willing to pay'. And that's a good problem to have.
As a owner of a farm in northern california, I can't find enough people to run upper management or labors because most who wants a job won't relocate, they act like people don't travel for a job.
I offer 25$ hr and free housing and people in california think that is way to low of a pay... They always say that they deserve 30-35$ hr because of other jobs offer it...
I roll my eyes since most don't give free housing and to rent in california cost a arm and a leg....
I have no college degree and I hire mostly college grads...
