Just take FB, Twitter and Instagram out of your phone home page. Only that will do the trick of getting out of their toxic dependence. Oh, and download Signal to replace WhatsApp while you're at it. ⚠️ HIGH ENERGY⚠️

I took them off my home page for a week, right after they censored GEOTUS. I was amazed at how much of my daily FB/IG/TW visits was out of reflex! I deleted the 3 apps after a week. You can do the same, my fellow pede. Let's hit them where it hurts.

Also, download Telegram and Signal to slowly replace WhatsApp. Gone are the days where the phone RAM limitations meant you had to choose one. Now you can have the 3 coexisting. Soon, that will be gone as well.

Google is next.
