Those states requested pence to let them recertify (audit) their votes. This is well within his right as president of senate. Pence instead said he didn’t have authority to do anything and pushed them through, without sending them back, even though the states were literally saying they found fraud and wanted to audit their votes. Pence was seen buddying it up with Pelosi and smiling and high-fiving with her and her evil colleagues the day he betrayed us all.
At the rally on the 6th, Trump said he hoped Pence would do the right thing, but then said sometimes it takes more courage to do nothing. So, I don't know what that meant.
