Let's be honest, let's be real: women were deemed suitable so they could go to combat schools = promotion points and so they could apply for all MOS and there could be the female infantry officer a-leadin' the troops an shit. It's affirmative action, identity politics created to help along politically correct little officer corps numpties in their career. They were never going to be a staple part of combat units for...reasons (chiefly that women aren't as strong, fast, or -- very important -- resistant to fatigue). It also plays well to all the Karens back home who thing they're stronk gurls!!!!!!

Thus, no selective service registration.

I say this as a female from a military family with many female members past, present, and hopefully future who have served their country honorably and well...and aren't full of shit. Some even managed the minimum men's PT reqs during basic (back in the days before stress cards too!) just because that way nobody could say they didn't pull their own weight/had an unfair advantage -- fair is fair after all.

And yes, once again the grrrl pwr!!!!(TM) Karens have made us look bad....thanks Karens!
