Folks need to read, " Resistance to Tyranny " by Col Joseph Martino. The problem with Conservatives is that they don't organize worth a fuck! Too independent so they get rolled over by the collectivist Left. If we want to prevail we've got to get organized. There is strength in numbers. The next step the Left is going to take is gun confiscation. We've got to stop that from happening.
For what? So we can sit in our homes and hoard our guns and type on the internet about them? If I go stare really hard at my handgun right now, will it bring justice to the election fraud and theft of our civil liberties and undo the absolute fucking circus situation happening in DC at the moment?
It wasn't really directed at you personally. I am just saying that we have been swiftly neutralized in the past week by those in power and it seems none of our "rights" are doing much to save us.
The people could and have overwhelming their governments very quickly. They want you to believe they have every angle and possibility covered completely. but the reality is that a bunch of unarmed people could gather up, go inside the capital. Some would get shot, yes. But if they really intended to, even without weapons could have stomped the traitors to death that day. The small amounts of security would be at best able to kill some people as they too went to the ground to be mauled to death.
That is why they are afraid. They are afraid their illusion of control and power is broken. If those people had been armed it would have been even more unstoppable if they truly wanted those traitors dead. They were simply mistaken in their idea that things could still be solved without violence. If they knew what we know while they were inside that capital....They may very well have pushed through with it.
If anybody decides to get crazy with the 2A, they need to be intelligent about it. You don't want to go walking right into a trap. They would be wise to learn about guerrilla warfare. They would be foolish to tell their supporters to meet at a certain spot to do a certain thing. The enemy will be ready for them and the plan will be a massive failure. Even this capital protest without guns was a massive failure, because they knew it was coming and had time to turn it into something bad.
You're damn fucking right. And when tyrants decide that the peoples voice don't matter any more and abuse their power, it is the persons duty to remove them from their position.

My comment was not remotely about violence, but rather the neutralizing of our civil liberties in a week's time.
