Hopefully his lawsuit is to force completion, and continued operation, not for LOL damages.

The dems may not bother fighting a lawsuit that hard. They just want to say they did their environmental good deed. I'm not sure how much they would actually care after that. "Sorry folks, we tried to stop it, but those Canadians were just so rude and aggressive..."

It's not even environmental good deeds. Buffett is heavily invested in railroads, so pipelines are evil.
