MSM was flogging the story as they would any anti-Trump propaganda, without considering the "optics" they so love to consider: Pelosi & crew were trying to take a secretive vacation to Brussels, home of the EU and NATO headquarters and visit Egypt and the Middle East- on the taxpayer's dime- in the middle of a "government shutdown" that they caused in the first place.
MSM was so quick to jump on the story they didn't realize it made Pelosi (and Congress in general) look like narcissistic wastrels of other peoples' money, and Trump was the watchdog taking care of our taxpayers. Good times!
