I didn't like mine at first but love it now. It seemed too large and firm. You have to work with it. Kinda push it in the middle so your head fits in there and it supports your neck without being too high up. If you're a side sleeper you want to fluff it up to keep your neck level. They should tell you this in the instructions. That's my only complaint.
seems a bit stupid they don't sell different versions for back or side sleepers? I'm not shitting on them but like this seems like a super obvious thing for a pillow company to do
I really hate their pillows. They hurt my neck so bad. But Iām still happy I gave him my money. š
