By digging into their political leaning to "deputize" soldiers who have already sworn an oath to the Constitution, they have violated the rights of each soldier's Constitutional rights by commting political discrimination against them as a group.

THEY SHOULD ALL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE FBI and the names of those doing the "questioning" should be made public

Not illegal. They are US Government Property. No rights except when in court. Even then the rights aren't the same as a normal citizen. When you enlist you also throw away your right to sue the Government

partially true -- you lose many individual rights -- but they weren't treated as individuals in this case, but discriminated as a "possible group" with out any evidence and I'm assuming, without the FBI working in tandem with the Military Judicial office. And while you lose many individual rights, it doesn't ALLOW the government to trample on your Constitutional Rights!

Those soldiers should be talking to their JAG Office
