By digging into their political leaning to "deputize" soldiers who have already sworn an oath to the Constitution, they have violated the rights of each soldier's Constitutional rights by commting political discrimination against them as a group.

Yes. The Constitution is not in effect. It has no legal power. It's been decided that it will now be ignored. I'm totally serious. Call your state reps and senators. I'm not sure how or why that could happen, but someone should explain it to us. Because the constitution has barely come into the conversation for the last year or so.
we have a nation of self=important people. Those in academia believe they are intelligent yet despite countless professors with PhDs and billions of books written by them, NONE of them has written anything remotely close to being as brilliant as the Constitution, because the Founders lived through a time that gave them experience to understand human nature -- while those in academia just draw one easy paycheck after another without even the slightest fear of losing their jobs let alone being oppressed
