That particular AR is probably an S&W M&P Sport II. He essentially dumped 800 dollars into a 350 dollar AR. The rail looks like mlok attachment points, which is made by magpul. Another 75+ dollars. MBUS flip down sights, about 100. That optic, it's hard to tell, but you can't get a good one for under 150.
Homey in the middle, his sling is an amazon special. Nylon strap that'll saw you in half. Looks like he left all his controls in the rifle when he did that fleck paintjob. Great way to gunk your shit up. And he painted the optic. I hope he left the lens cap on.
Homeboy on the left is my favorite. Keymod rail, waste of money. Rear flip up sight, but A2 style front post, not going to cowitness with each other. His optic is the aimpoint pro which runs about 450. Almost 500 dollars and you're not even getting any magnification. He should have got a Romeo5 for 150 bucks.
They all seemed to be radio'd up, but the CB style push to talk mic is insane based on how much they spent on their gear. Should have gone for throat mics or mics feeding through electronic earmuffs. I guess a good set of electronic earmuffs is like 50 bucks and that's just too cheap for them.
Edit: Also, dust covers are closed. They haven't charged their rifles. Or they have, and then closed the dust covers again. Which is going to be a bad time if they need to shoot. Does the dust cover pop open if you start shooting? I never tried it.
Dust cover opens when the bolt slides back. It is indeed designed to allow firing while charged and closed.
The A2 front post will co-witness with rear flips, depending on the design. MagPul flip sights for instance are designed for lower 1/3 style co-witness with A2 posts, and require a riser to true co-witness in most sights / their front flips.
Thanks bro! I built an AR a while back for my dad and the MBUS didn't cowitness with the front post. I ended up putting an mlok handguard on there instead and just used both MBUS.
I think the first generation rears were designed to match the first gen fronts and not the A2 style gas port sights. I can confirm with my own rifle that the second gen rears low-profile co-witness the A2. That's actually how my M&P Sport II came preconfigured.
I removed the A2 for a while but eventually returned to using it as a 1/3 lower for my dot reflex scope mounted on a small riser. Works divinely. Paired with a canted 3x ranged sight (I have arthritis so the angle helps steady the stock firmly in my shoulder nook without pain) that setup has done very well for me at range drills and minor hunting.
Always nice to hear about other build quirks. Shared experience is always good. Thanks, fren.

About the only part of all this you got right is the rifle. MLOK is free-licensed so countless companies make rails with MLOK attachments. If I had to guess it's something from SLR Rifleworks. A standard set of MBUS will cost you $20.
That optic, it's hard to tell, but you can't get a good one for under 150.
Primary Arms, Bushnell, Vortex, Holosun, all respectable brands you can easily find under $150.

People rattlecan their rifles/optics all day long. It's not a big deal.

It's not keymod, it's picatinny, and the part about rear flips not cowitnessing with A2s is just flat out wrong. And what's wrong with Aimpoint? Or red dots for that matter? Most of my ARs are Aimpoint/Eotech red dots with a few variables. Unless you're consistently shooting over 200-300 yards you really don't need magnification unless you have bad eyesight.
I mean, I get you want to trash on these guys for being a bunch of soy-guzzling, larping retards, which is perfectly fine and I agree, but you're kinda talking out of your ass about their gear my dude.
An optic under 150, put that shit on an airsoft rifle because it's not going to hold up if you need to get in the shit consistently. I wouldn't go less than a Romeo5. And these guys went way beyond a Romeo5 in price range.
"Hope he left the lens cap on," I said. You know, so he didn't get flecking on his fucking lenses.
Homeboy on the left's front is fucking keymod, pic rail across the top. Nothing wrong with Aimpoint. But the Aimpoint pro is a 500 dollar optic that doesn't have any magnification. If he was going to go 1x, there are cheaper options. If he was going into a battlefield every day, the Aimpoint pro would probably be a good choice since it's very rugged. But that rifle is a fucking safe queen. So spending 500 dollars on a 1x red dot is fucking absurd.
Contrarian trash. Fuck off.
Edit: Sorry, MIDDLE guy is keymod. Guy on the left has keymod with pic rail attachments. You know, since nobody makes keymod attachments and he wasted his money.
$40 isn't about $100. It isn't even half, but whatever.

I've used budget optics for years for hunting trips, plinking, courses, etc. and never had an issue, and if I did, warranty usually covered it. Are they as durable as Aimpoint/Triji/NF/etc? Of course not, but they're far from being "airsoft optics". That's just some bougie B.S. and makes me wonder if you ever actually used any of these optics, or are just repeating something you read or heard somewhere. Romeos are nice, but they're just another optic with pros/cons like the rest. Nothing special.
"Hope he left the lens cap on," I said. You know, so he didn't get flecking on his fucking lenses.
Sure.

This makes no sense. You give them shit for buying budget, but you also give them shit for buying quality? Which is it? And who cares if he spent $500 on a safe queen? I've got safe queens I spent waaaay more than $500 on. Why? Because I fucking wanted to, that's why. Do I, or any other person really need another reason?
These guys are fuckwads, I get it, but you're making yourself look ignorant here. Just trying to be real with you.
I tried zooming in on it. It's some weird pattern tape. I don't think it's airsoft or BB. Although judging by the size of the magazine, it looks like it might be a .22 LR which is a very small caliber (that's just my opinion though). The moron also has some portable solar charger but there's no sun at all.
Looks like a laser stipple pattern based on the color. MagPul magazines are made of a plastic (or g10 polyfill?) that turns that same color when laser etched.
Black Lives Matter hoodie worn by a white leftists moron. I don't see a single black person standing with them. Not even Sean Davis. Or that other famous black women, Rachel Dolazel. However she spells her name.
Cuck!
Yeah I noticed it too, but damn, why such paint?
It's a grip texture. Those flecks are like sandpaper and it helps if the mag is wet or your hands are wet.
Well, dang, maybe I jumped too quickly to conclusions.
But they're still a bunch of faggots 🤣

Dust cover will definitely pop open, it pops open whether you fire or load the round with the charging handle.

Oh yes, very much.
These morons would get trounced in an instant by 1 person with even an ounce of combat skill and knowledge...
Having a hard time telling if the BLM trigglypuff has a fanny pack or if that is her FUPA protruding🤮🤢
Definitely FUPA 🤮🤢

Def not a 22lr, they don’t have dust covers.

lololol hes got flower power on his helmet
Looks like graphics to me, but I do not see a charging handle on the weapon...

Fuckin airsoft
No. Real
Just paint dude. If you actually look at the rifle it's a Smith and Wesson M&P15. Says so on the receiver.
Airsofter here, they look too big for Regular BB pellets. Typical BB pellets are 6mm in size
Tf it IS a bb gun.
Look at those fucked up boots. Tactical water bottle. One on the left using the bitch strap across his chest. What's with the flowers?
If they're patriots they're the lowest quality I've ever seen.
Seen a lot of Trump Supporters. Seen a few militia people too. None of them ever looked like this.
It looks like paint. Some tactical yellow dots... /s
If those are BBs they are way too big. Standard BB size is .177
Hahah you're right! To the front page with you!!
