I tried zooming in on it. It's some weird pattern tape. I don't think it's airsoft or BB. Although judging by the size of the magazine, it looks like it might be a .22 LR which is a very small caliber (that's just my opinion though). The moron also has some portable solar charger but there's no sun at all.
