Maybe I didn't read this correctly and please correct me if I'm wrong.... but this seems bad. It seems like a way to get out of crimes by saying you weren't aware it was a crime, or what your doing was a crime. So does this give the swamp creatures an out by claiming that they didn't know what they were doing is against the law? Like Hillary claiming that she didn't know it was against the law to have top secret emails on a private server. Please clarify im no where near a lawyer. Just seems like something the left would exploit.
