At this point EVREYONE must realize that Big Brother can or is watching, whenever or whoever they deem a target. Snowden just put out to the public what for decades was a common guess of Big Brothers capability. Once the Patriot Act was passed we're all fair game. Heck most of us willingly put the devices in our own home.
