If you're going to use Trump's 2016 win as evidence that we somehow took over the party, then the flip side of the coin is equally valid and suggests that we either did not truly have it, or we lost it, as evidenced by the fact the Trump was cheated out of his 2020 bid. If you're going to use Trump's 2016 win as evidence that we somehow took over the party, then the flip side of the coin is equally valid and suggests that we either did not truly have it, or we lost it, as evidenced by the fact the Trump was cheated out of his 2020 bid. This fraud isn't successful without the RNC being complicit or at the very least, complacent. If the GOP did what it needed to do, on time, none of this is an issue and we would be celebrated January 20th instead of sitter here all bent out of shape about it.
