Joe Biden isn’t doing anything. He doesn’t even know what planet he’s one, let alone that he’s president. Joe’s handlers are nervous because they installed a severely unpopular man with dementia into the highest office in the land and they’re not going to be able to hide it anymore.

Most people do not believe he legitimately won and his mental incapacity is obvious. He’s going to have one on ones with world leaders soon. They’re going to record him (secretly or not). The whole world will see him for a fraud.
