The tribunals will be the American people (consumers and employees of the corporation) expressing their extreme dissatisfaction with the corporate executives.

Yes. The Government used to be Federal. The Government sat outside any jurisdiction, but sat on land owned by Maryland and Virginia. Virginia's side was sold to that state in the 1800s (one of the reasons why Virginia was one of the slave states that had the most votes, defections, etc for the Union). In 1871, Ulysses S. Grant (an alumni of Harvard University) signed the Organic Act, which created a Municipal Corporation from the territory of Washington, Georgetown, and the District of Columbia.
Since then, the corporation has been in continuous operation. Technically, we have been a "fascist democratic republic" since our government is a corporation. However, Once we go under official Martial Law, Trump will allow the military to nullify the Organic Act and other literal acts of treason and turn us into a real nation state.
New elections will be needed. Perhaps 120 senators and reps will be left after the tribunals. The FBI, CIA, NSA, and other intel services will no longer exist, replaced by a much more transparent military intelligence.

This is not true, despite the fact that so many people believe it and repeat without every questioning it. The US is not a corporation. Washington DC is incorporated just like most other cities and every state. You're conflating the incorporation of Washington with the US turning into a corporation. Two very different things.
Treason is not present under Corporate law. That is why they have been getting away with it. The military will unincorporate the US and try them for treason.
