Yes Biden can still be declared Illegitimate. There are still court cases out (fat good that did us though) and Jovan says he'll continue to fight for us, and that they have up to 22 months (ugh) so at least there's that.
If Biden becomes president and is later removed than the next person to take his place would be his Vice President. I’m guessing you are not an American citizen because this is common knowledge.
I would assume part of this operation would be to place all the Dem operatives in the same basket. Biden, Harris, Pelosi, etc. Indict and convict all of them.

He could be impeached, which would never happen with this government. But then Heels Up would take his place anyway.
The only chance is if the military took over, found the fraud to be real, arrested all of then and reinstated Trump.
