Bill Gates owns the most farmland

Chyna has been buying up TONS of farmland (ship food back home)

Food prices are DIRECTLY correlated to gas.

It takes GAS to produce and transport our food

When gas spikes SO TOO WILL THE COST OF FOOD

There will be starvation and suffering in America like NEVER BEFORE

ARE YOU READY

Let me explain something to you, okay?

That pipeline, already has had it's permits approved. Okay? That means, they cannot stop it. They would have to pay out to the company building it and the owner of it for lost revenue. To the tune of TRILLIONS.

When Biden's moron handlers figure that out, they'll back pedal on it.

Why do you think there was a mad dash for energy companies to get as many permits as they could done? Because once the permit is approved, it's locked in.

The energy companies in the US have enough permits to drill/mine/frack for the next 50 years at least.

They are 100% going to pay off the company and canada.

Another theft of american wealth.

Yeah right, when do Democrats follow the rules?

23
Lurkers4Trump 23 points ago +23 / -0

They only have to pay out if the law is followed. They can simply call it a gross destruction of wildlife, and a large contributor to global warming, thus justifying seizing it.

Let's hope so. But what Biden does on Fracking will be just as important. We have long fought for energy independence, Now Biden is going to go a screw it all up.

So print money and pay it off. Increase inflation and spike energy costs - it's a win win.

I feel it too fren.

yeah, it's not just wishful thinking either. there's a feeling in my bones that he will never really "be president". whether that means he's killed, removed, never gets sworn in, or whatever early on, he's simply isn't capable of doing the job.

My deepest hope is that the fucking Biden voters are most affected

This will be just another theft of american tax dollars.

Not even the Canadians like Joe Biden. Only city liberals who have 0 understanding of where their food comes from would support Biden.

its the same people who drive electric cars, thinking the electricity to power it came from magic... and not oil, coal and natural gas

1
CaptainSassyPants 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not entirely true, sadly. I go to an LDS church in a small town and you would think that these people would be the most conservative people out there, but many of them post their TDS daily and talk about how great it will be now that Biden is in. Media brainwashing is super effective and ours is basically 100% leftist.

China can shut that down.

Sod off, troll.

Gates owns the equivalent of a single 37 mile x 10 mile strip.

Are you from Europe, so you don't have any idea how FUCKING huge the US agricultural states are?

-6
theDyingOfTheLight [S] -6 points ago +5 / -11

Ok you are a fucking retard.

Ignore the fact that Chyna and Bill gates own more farm land than anyone else in this country.

Are you aware of the keystone pipeline?

Do you think it DOES NOT TAKE GAS TO PRODUCE CORN?

6
FUSnowflake 6 points ago +7 / -1

Hi Einstein.

The OP led off with Bill Gates as though he were the most significant.

Maybe you didn't notice, but the US is self-sufficient in both food and oil.

Now, maybe if Biden actually assumes power (no interim military tribunal, in other words), and he orders most of America's food shipped to China (remember their problems with half their pigs dying off last year, and the widespread flooding)... then there'd be something to worry about.

Deport this Reddit shill.

Maybe president xi will take pity on us. But I still remember the still wiggling body bags in china so pity may not be the chinese overlords thing...

SKnows 5 points ago +6 / -1

I don't agree with the closing but dude.....There's so many large pipelines that we wont even see the affect. We have a surplus of energy so no prices wont go up fucking doomer. This one was controversial because of the land it was nearby

Not only that, the Keystone XL is what keeps that Canadian Natural Gas here in our hands and is cheaper for us and them. If we don’t get it, Canada is sending it to, guess who, China. The only reason to stop this pipeline is to divert available resources to China. There is no economic or environmental reason to prevent this pipeline from being constructed.

Not to late to turn your fireplace into one of those stoves that blows the heat out. That + a ceiling fan in reverse will spread the heat through your home

1
LandonFire 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don't worry fren... we can still frack for energy. There is no way they would shut that down.

1
BeekeepingPatriot 1 point ago +1 / -0

You’re new here. How about you sit in the back row and get to know everyone before spouting off some distracting famine bullshit

There are more people farming and gardening than ever due to the shamdemic. So many people picked up the hobby. We can grow our own.

1
dorkahkiin 1 point ago +1 / -0

Uh to be fair not all, but some of the farmland China bought was because Trump's immigration policies scared off legal migrant workers (worried about association with illegals) and farmers couldn't get Americans working the fields long enough (the ones they managed to hire quit soon). This was during the height of the trade war so many farmers had to take the Chinese buyout to survive. This is why there was that $1.2B Farmer bailout.

While it was mostly Obama, Trump unwittingly played a role too.

The other big pipeline coming out of the region is the Dakota Access Pipeline DAPL it has been stopped from transporting oil (Bakken Oil) due to a EPA and faulty construction claim dispute I believe.

If these pipelines shut down it will absolutely effect feed stock pricing for refineries and eventually effect fuel prices. Another interesting tidbit is that the one beneficiary of these shutdowns would be the railroads who would take up the slack in tranporting the oil. The main rail company coming out of the region is BNSF owned by non other than Warren Buffet.

We need to make memes of president xi (Winnie the pooh) and Joe Biden the ass (I forget his name in the cartoon)

Alex Jones was right again. I like him, but don't expect him alone to tell you what to do to stop all the horrible things planned for us.

PBummer forcing gas prices to &5 a gallon is what made the housing market crash in 2008. It’s what made people in riskier loans not be able to pay their mortgage.

As an Albertan I’d rather not build a crude line anyway. We should be upgrading more of our own petroleum and developing more of our own petrochemical industry. We give too much low value product away and it’s left our economy in such a shitty endless boom bust cycle over the cost of a barrel of oil.
